Through regular contact and easy-to-read
reports, we keep you informed of performance and activity
in your account. Quarterly portfolio statements are sent to
give the total return on investment and the exact value of
total assets under management. Monthly transactions and position
statements are sent to you by the account custodian.
You are notified of each security transaction by trade confirmation.
When applicable, year-end investment related tax information,
such as realized gains/loss reports, is provided.
Riverplace Capital Management sends a quarterly newsletter,
"Perspectives," to all clients which discusses current
economic trends and market outlook. We
encourage periodic meetings to discuss present and future
economic conditions that can affect the short and long-term
value of each portfolio. Our entire staff is accessible to
you.
