Riverplace Capital
Management is committed to high standards of corporate governance.
Not only do we expect it in the companies we invest in, we
also believe this principle applies to our own firm. We operate
under the guidance of a board of directors. This board meets
at least quarterly and its purpose is to review a full
range of issues including investment performance, financial
soundness, client retention, client acquisition, growth issues,
new initiatives, and executive compensation.
